You know, it's all so similar to the government-protected corporations which sell dangerous products or perform illegal activities. The DeBeers diamond monopoly, the pharmaceutical companies, and so many other corporations, continue to operate against the rule of law. If you sue them, they will settle. It costs them less. They are happy to throw you some peanuts and continue to fuck people over. It's their business plan. It's similar because the government no longer respects or holds space for our First Amendment Right. If it doesn't like what the People do or say, it simply arrests or tases the People. If the People see a problem with that, well then, they can just sue the oppressor later - after the tasing or jail time, of course. It costs Uncle Sam to have you out in the streets, telling it like you see it. It is free to Uncle Sam to silence you. We have the right to stand and assemble and speak and videotape. To request a permit for it is an infringement on that right. In any event, when you decide to start speaking up, and are inevitably met with hostility and arrest, make sure you get the arresting officer's badge number and name, because your beef - or rather, your pork - will be with that dude. In the Iliad, of Kings it reads, "If he [finds] a man of the People shouting and making noise, he would bring down the sceptre aross his back." I'd rather be scathed by the sceptre than the taser, I suppose. And, here I do not jest. These violent consequences are things the American People must address, as the American government has become cruel and unusual in their punishment. This video, btw, is the most G-rated of any I've seen regarding police brutality and federal regulation. It is, however, very easy to understand and architecturally sound - this is how these confrontations go. Video courtesy of the Young Americans for Liberty

Still not clear the point of this. Aren't there issues of acquiring permits??? If so, what's the beef-
Acquire a permit to speak freely? Notice an oxymoron here?
